(I just realised nobody knows who's the person saying everything here. It's Xue Planning a surprise party's really fun. No, I did not mean that.)
Here are the details for the party:
A few of us will be meeting before 5 at her house to set up stuff, like BBQ & decor. The few will include:

Ariel
Xue Er
Moses
Gideon
For the rest, please meet outside City Towers. Take 171, 700, 170, 66, 67 or 960 from the busstop at College Green, which is next to Adam Hawker Centre (unless you're taking the bus from somewhere else, whatever it is, just stop outside City Towers!) Meet at 5.15(PM!), since by the time the last person gets there, it'll be about 5.30 to 5.45. It's important that you come early, because she'll be coming back from her outing at around 6, so you need to be early for us to set up the BBQ stuff and still surprise her (we do not want her to see you guys walking to her house!) Look for Chetwin because he offered to be in charge (okay not really but. whatever)
After everyone's there, look for a road named Keng Chin Road, and walk all the way in. The condo's name is... The Bellerieve (or something along those lines).
